AGENCY TERMS & CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Kimberley Nanny Placements, a UK-based nanny introduction and placement agency operating as a sole trader.

By using the Agency’s services, clients and candidates agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms & Conditions:

“Agency” means Kimberley Nanny Placements.

“Client” or “Family” means any person or household engaging the Agency for nanny introduction or placement services.

“Candidate” or “Nanny” means any nanny, childcare professional or individual introduced by the Agency.

“Placement” means engagement or employment of a Candidate introduced by the Agency.

“Services” means recruitment, introduction and placement services provided by the Agency.

2. AGENCY STATUS

2.1 Kimberley Nanny Placements acts solely as an introduction and placement agency.

2.2 The Agency is not the employer of any Candidate.

2.3 Families employ Candidates directly.

2.4 The Agency does not provide payroll, tax or employment administration services unless separately agreed in writing.

2.5 The Agency does not supervise or manage Candidates following placement.

19. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the services of Kimberley Nanny Placements, Clients and Candidates acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
